Application of seamless nursing protocol under ERAS principles in robot-assistedtransforaminal lumbarinterbodyfusion

AbstractObjective：Toevaluate theapplicationefectof seamlessnursing protocolunder theEnhancedRecoveryafterSurgery （ERAS）conceptinatintsunderggob-asistedtrasforaiallumbarinteodyfusion （T）.Methos：Aretrospectialsis wasconductedon150patientswhounderwentrobot-asistedTLIFatBaoji CentralHospitalfromMarch2O23toApril2024.Theywere randomly divided into thecontrol group （n=75，receiving conventional nursing care）and the intervention group （ n = 7 5 ，receiving ERASbasedseamlessnursing）usingarandomnumbertable.Operativetime，intraoperativebloodloss，fluidinfusionvolume，timetofist ambulation，gthofspialaytopaitesityostealsdteeolias functionaloutcomes，andqualityoflife.werecomparedbetweenthetwogroupsofpatients.Results：Comparedwiththecontrol group， theintervention group showed significantlyshortertime to first ambulationand reduced length of hospital stay （ P<0 . 0 5 ） . The intervention group showed significantly lower Numerical Rating Scale （NRS）scores during 12-72 hours postoperatively （ P<0 . 0 5 ） ， reduced negative emotion scores at postoperative day 3 （ P <0.05）， improved Japanese Orthopaedic Association （JOA） scores at 3O-day follow-up （ P<0 . 0 5 ） and better psychological，physical，and social relationship status compared to the control group （ P<0 . 0 5 ） .Conclusion： For patients undergoigrobot-asstedTIF，theERAS-basedseamlesursingprotocolcananceeabilitationfencyromotefuioal recovery，alleviate postoperative pain，and improve emotional well-being and quality of life.
