Prognostic value of CONUT score in predicting postoperative complications following robot-assisted McKeown esophagectomy

AbstractObjective：Toinvestigatethepredictivevalueof thepreoperative Controling Nutritional Status（CONUT）score for postoperativeomplicationsinpatientsundergoingobot-asistedMKeoesohagectomy （RAME）.Methods：Aretrospectiveaalsis wasperformedo2O3patientswhounderwentRAMEattheFirstHospitalofLanzhou UniversityfromMarch2O19toMarch2O24.Patints were divided into the high-CONUT group（ ？ 3 points， n =34） and the low-CONUT group（ points， n=1 6 9 ）based on preoperative CONUT scores.Clinicalcharacteristicsandpostoperatieomplicatioswerecomparedetwntegroupsofpatnts.Lgsticgressaalysis wasusedtoidentifyiskfactorsforcomplications.Results：Thehigh-CONUTgroupshowedsignificantlyhigherincidenceofoveal postoperativeplatiosasomoticitureastootikaglralsiodrgialitetiompdtlo CONUT group （ P <0.05）.Preoperativecholesterollevelsand CONUTscore were identifiedas potentialrisk factorsforcomplications，witha CONUT score ？ 3 points serving as an independent predictor of postoperative complications for RAME （ P<0 . 0 5 ） . Conclusion： The CONUT scoreisarobust independentpredictorofcomplicationsflowingRAME，enablingpreciseandtimelyindividualizedintervetiosto improve patient prognosis.
