Evaluation of the application effect of domestic surgical robot in surgical procedures under information recognition technology

AbstractObjective： To comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy of domestically developed Kangduo Robot endoscopic surgical system（R20oO）insurgicalprocedures.Methods：Patientswhounderwentsurgeryusing theKangduo endoscopicsurgicalrobotinthe FirstHospitalofQinuangdaofroSeptemberO23toJulyO24wereselectedastheexperimentalgoup（n=23），whilepatients withth sameconditiostreatedwithtraditioalsurgicalmethodsduringthesaeperiodservedastecontrolgroup（n=23）.Baselineandurgical dataofpatisedgiao，atetl incisionsize，patient’spainsores，ndatisfactionsurveysamongparticipatingsurgeonswereconducted.Results：Teexpital group had significantly shorter average operative time （ P <0.05），reduced intraoperative blood loss （P<0.o5），lower postoperative complication rates ，shorter average length of hospital stay （ ，smaller surgical incisions （ P<0 . 0 5 ） ，and lower patient's pain scores （ P <0.05）compared tothecontrolgroup.The experimentalgroupalsooutperformedthecontrol groupineaseofoperation，precision， and surgical efficiency P<0 . 0 5 ） .Conclusion： Kangduo endoscopic surgical robot can significantly shorten operative time，reduce intraoperativeloodlossreasetopeatieplicatioatesenlgthofospialayeisiznde patient pain，which is worthy of clinical application.
