縣域教育生態(tài)的發(fā)展困境與優(yōu)化路徑研究

Abstract:The“county based”education management system established in Chinahas brought tremendous energy to social development.But with thedevelopment of thetimes,theeducation sectorhas gradually shown the“Mattew effect”,and county level education lacking resourceadvantages is facing multiplechallnges.NCounty in Guizhou Province isa typical educationallybackward county inthe western region,and has also introduced alarge number of private education,forming a relativelycomplexeducational ecology.Thisarticle investigatesand studies twoprivate highschoolsinNcountyfromthe perspectiveofeducationalecology,andfindsthattheeducationecologyinNcountyisinfluencedbythecurrenteducation systemandsocialeducationatmosphere,with intertwinedproblemsanddevelopmentfatigue.Therefore,itisnecesaryfor relevantdepartments tofurtherfocusonecological elementsat diferent levelssuchas“humanresources,materialresources,and financial resources”,andoptimize theeducation ecologythrough measures suchas strengthening education investment,activating the vitalityof education,andstabilizing educational resources.Onlyinthiswaycanwecomprehensively promotethe improvement oflocal education qualityand provide exemplarysupport forthe development ofcounty-level education.
