Abstract：As the strategic pilarsof national economicdevelopment，state-owned enterprises（SOEs）in the new era undertakethedual misionsof implementing national strategiesand demonstrating moderngovernance.Researches indicatethat the synergisticdevelopment mechanism between excellntcorporatecultureand Partybuilding work can efectively enhance thecorecompetitivenessofSOEs，trengthenorganizationalcohesion，facilitatetheimplementationofideologicalwork，nd improvemoderncorporate governance systems.This article focuses onthe integration mechanism betweenPartybuilding and cultural construction in SOEs.Bydeconstructing theenhancement pathways of cultural governanceelements onthequality andefctiveness of Partybuilding，it explores howthese twodimensions interacttojointlypromotethesustainabledevelopment of SOEs in the new era.
