Abstract:Theaceleratedadvancementofindustrialautomationhas madetheintellgentevolutionof electroniccontrolsensorsacoreelementof technologicalinnovation.Throughiterativedevelopmentofnewsensitivematerials,iterativeoptimizationofsignalprocessingalgorithms,anddeepintegrationofcommunicationprotocols,sensorperformancehasbeeniproved inmultipledimensions.Inthefieldof industrialapplications,itsfunctionalcoveragehasextendedtokeyaspectssuchas precise perceptionin manufacturing processes,predictivemaintenance of electromechanicalequipment,andautonomous decision-making inwarehousingsystems.Inresponsetoexisting technicalbariers,informationsecurityrsks,andecoomic constraints,itisrecommended toadopt collaborativestrategiessuch as strengthening technological R&Divestment,building adatasecurityprotectionsystem,andimprovingsystemadaptabilitydesigntoefectivelybreak throughtechnologicalbottlenecks.
