高職院校技術(shù)技能拔尖創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的思考

Abstract：Withthein-depth progress ofanewroundofscientificand technologicalrevolutionandindustrial transformation，cultivatingtop-notch innovativetalentsequppedwithtechicalskillshasbecomeanurgentneedforaceleratingthe constructionof amodernindustrial systemand enhancing thecountry’scorecompetitivenessUnder thebackgroundof“five keycomponents”construction，this paper puts forwardthe specific training path of building“key majors”，developing“key curriculum”，cultivating“keyteachers”，constructing“keybases”andcompiling“keytextbooks”.Theaimistocomprehensivelypromotethecultivationof top-notch innovativeskilledtalents invocationalcollgesthroughthisseriesof measures and provide talent support for the construction of a modern country.
