AbstractTo meet thedemand for high quality talents in the development and technological progress of the edible mushroom industry,theteachingreformmeasures ofEdible Mushroom CultivationTechnologycourse wereresearched and put itinto practice.In terms of reformmeasures,updating teaching content,constructingatargeted diferentiated curiculum system,systematically integrating profesional knowledge in fields such asmicrobiology,environmental science,andagricultural engineering,and introducing interdisciplinary knowledge;innovating teaching methods,such asproject-based learning,flipped clasroom,case-based teaching,and competition based teaching,were used to stimulatestudents’initiativeinlearning;buildingadiversified practical teaching platform,enhancing students' professional skils through theconstructionofoncampusandoffcampus practical teaching bases,and theapplication of virtualsimulation training rooms;strengthening theconstructionof the teacherteamand implement thereformplan for theconstruction ofthe“dual teacher”team invocational education;establishing diversified evaluation criteriaand dynamicallyassess thecompletion qualityof each keyskillpoint.Practice shows tha this teaching reformhas been implemented since the 2O22 Edible Mushroom Productionand Processing Technology major and has achieved significantresults.Students have won multiple first prizes and other achievements inthe edible mushroom cultivation technologycompetitionoftheprovincial vocationalcolegeskilscompetition; thiscourse hasbeenpromoted toaschool level premium online course.This article provides references for promoting teaching reform of similar courses and promoting high quality development of the edible mushroom industry.
