Abstract：In 2024，the focus of economic policies has shifted more towards benefiting people's livelihoods，promoting consumption，and expanding domestic demand withafocus onboosting consumption.Consumptiondemand has becomethekeytoensuring the smoothoperationofthedomesticeconomiccycle.Withthecon tinuousdevelopment of the economy and further changes in the population structure and lifestyle，there is stillsignificant room for improvementinthe per capita consumptionofquick-frozen foods in China compared todeveloped markets.Against this backdrop，the government has introduced a series of policies to promote the construction of the“Four Horizontal and Four Vertical”national backbone network of cold chainlogistics，which provides a solid foundation for the storage and transportation of quick-frozen foods.It is con ducive to the quick-frozen food industry inestablishinga full-process cold chain service chainfor raw material procurement and product sales，and promoting thelarge-scaleand intensive development of the industry.Therefore，this paper selects Anjoy Food，aleading enterprise in the quick-frozen food industry，as the case study object.By researching its continuous merger and acquisition activities，it explores its merger and acquisition process，motives，aswell as the performance of financial and non-financial performance after mergers and acquisitions.
