Abstract：Fromthe development trajectoryof global ocean governance，its improvement path mainly includes the expansion and systematization of legal systems，the promotion of regional ocean governance，and the injectionof new governance concepts.In recent years，ocean issues have becomeincreasingly prominent，and conflicts have intensified. However，the existing global ocean governance has not been improved With the times，anditis strugglingtocopewithnewoceanissues.Infact，inthenewera，the previous improvement path can becontinued，but it should beendowed with new connotations in combination withithe needs of the times to further promote global ocean governance.
