Abstract：Inrecentyears，artificial intelligence technology hasrapidlydevelopedand becomeastrategic technologyleadingthis roundof technological revolutionandindustrial transformation.Althoughthewide spreadapplicationofartificialintelligencetechnology has greatlypromotedtheconvenienceof humanlife and production，at the same time，it has also brought about anewcrisis of labor alienation.Mainly manifestedin：activeforcedlabor undertheencirclementofdigital technology，hidden exploitativelaborunder thecontrol of digital platforms，alienationof humanessential attributes under theencirclement of digital tools，andalienationofhumanthinkingpatternscausedbytheconvenienceofdigitaltechnology.Inorderto effectivelyaddressthischallenge，we must activelytake measures to promote therational applicationofartificialintelligence：adhere to the overall leadershipof the CPC over the cause of artificial intelligence;Vigorously promote technological legislation onartificial intelligence technology;Reasonably guidethe value orientationiofartificialintelligence in labor;Co-ownership，co-construction，and sharing oftheachievementsofartificialintelligencedevelopment.
