Abstract:Underthe background of increasing shortageof urban construction land,theredevelopment ofinefficient land has become an important choice for urban development and construction.This paper integrates geographic information big data resources and natural resource management related data at theplot scale, combines theeconomical andintensive evaluation of construction land withthe identification ofinefficientland.Starting fromthedominant factors of inefficientland,thesingle-factor integratedevaluation methodisusedtoidentifytheinefficient landitembyitemfromthefour recursivelevels of planning compliance,building characteristics,building intensityandutilization benefits,and quicklyidentifies the inefficient land.The POI dataare then used to measure theredevelopment potential of inefficient land.The rapid evaluation applicationModel is built by ArcGIS Model Builder tool and the application is carried out inlthe central urban area of Hohhot.A totalof 10.65km2 ofall kinds of inefficient residential land in this area wasidentified by consensus,andthe overall identification effect was found to be good after satellite remote sensing images and Baidu street view verification.This method canquickly identify the inefficient landat the plot scale,assist the fieldinvestigationof the inefficient land,the managementdepartment to measure the current utilization status of construction land,and provide support for the redevelopment work.
