Abstract：The“high-qualitydevelopment project for hundredsofcounties，thousandsoftowns，andtensof thousandsofvillages”is thetop project to promotehigh-qualitydevelopment inGuangdong andan important tool fortheYuexiu District toexpand its high-qualitydevelopment across the entire region.The emergence of newquality productive forces provides significant opportunities foraccelerating the advancement of the "high-qualitydevelopment project for hundreds of counties，thousands of towns，and tens of thousands of villages" Therefore 1 ractica 1mpor anc studyhownew qualityproductiveforcescan empower the“high-qualit devel iect hundreds ounties hou and towns and softhou sandsofvillages".Thearticleexplores theeconomic，social，andculturalvalues of new qualityproductive forces empoweringithe“high-quality development project for hundreds of counties，thousands of towns，and tensofthousandsofvillages' fromatheoretical perspective， andsummarizesthe practicalpath of Yuexiu District in exploringihow new quality productive forces can empower the urban version of the “high-quality development project towns and thousands ofvillages".Based onthis， inconjunct develo new qualit productiveforces，YuexiuDistrict needs tofocus on three aspects：promoting industrial transformation and upgrading，driving theleap of ur bancapacity levels，and enhancing theefficiency of social governance，to accelerate thein-depth development ofthe“high-qualitydevelopmentprojectfor hundredsofcounties，thousandsoftowns，andtens ofthousandsofvillages"
