縣域農(nóng)業(yè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀研究

——以湖北省襄陽(yáng)市為例

摘  要：該文以湖北省襄陽(yáng)市為例，調(diào)查研究襄陽(yáng)市三縣三市農(nóng)業(yè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，歸納整理出各縣市區(qū)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)做法，探討縣域農(nóng)業(yè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展中遇到的問(wèn)題，提出建議措施，為全國(guó)其他縣域農(nóng)業(yè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的發(fā)展提供參考。

Abstract： Taking Xiangyang City， Hubei Province as an example， this paper investigates and studies the present situation of the development of the agricultural whole industry chain in three counties and three cities in Xiangyang City， sums up the experiences and practices of each county， discusses the problems encountered in the development of the county agricultural whole industry chain， and puts forward suggestions and measures. To provide reference for the development of agricultural whole industry chain in other counties of the country.

農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部《關(guān)于落實(shí)好黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院2021年農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村重點(diǎn)工作部署的實(shí)施意見(jiàn)》中指出提升農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈供應(yīng)鏈現(xiàn)代化水平，首要任務(wù)就是打造農(nóng)業(yè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，把農(nóng)業(yè)研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、加工、儲(chǔ)運(yùn)、銷(xiāo)售、品牌、體驗(yàn)、消費(fèi)和服務(wù)等環(huán)節(jié)與主體緊密關(guān)聯(lián)，形成有效銜接、耦合配套、協(xié)同發(fā)展的有機(jī)整體。（剩余6757字）
