鄉(xiāng)村振興背景下新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民培養(yǎng)策略研究

摘  要：鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施為新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民培養(yǎng)提出新的任務(wù)和使命。該研究闡述新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民培養(yǎng)重要意義，分析新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民的培育存在問題，了解當(dāng)前新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民參與培育意愿，從培養(yǎng)對(duì)象、培養(yǎng)主體、培養(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)3個(gè)維度提出完善新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民培育的策略與建議。

Abstract： The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy puts forward a new tasks and missions for the training of new professional farmers. This study expounds the important significance of the cultivation of new-type professional farmers， analyzes the existing problems in the cultivation of new-type professional farmers， and understands the current willingness of new-type professional farmers to participate in cultivation. From the three dimensions of training object， training subject and training institution， this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the training of new professional farmers.

2017年，黨的十九大報(bào)告首次提出“實(shí)施鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略”，隨后對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略作出重要部署，明確未來應(yīng)按照產(chǎn)業(yè)興旺、生態(tài)宜居、鄉(xiāng)風(fēng)文明、治理有效、生活富裕的總體要求推進(jìn)“三農(nóng)”工作。（剩余6211字）
