鄉(xiāng)村振興背景下和美鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)的小黑垡實(shí)踐

摘  要：該文以大興區(qū)長(zhǎng)子營鎮(zhèn)小黑垡村為研究案例，通過強(qiáng)化農(nóng)村基層黨建，不斷吸引優(yōu)秀年輕人返鄉(xiāng)就業(yè)，充分借力“科技小院”，全面推進(jìn)立體化林下經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，不斷壯大村集體經(jīng)濟(jì)，探索出平原低收入村的新型發(fā)展道路，為全市構(gòu)建和美鄉(xiāng)村提供現(xiàn)實(shí)借鑒。

Abstract： This paper takes Xiaoheifa Village， Changziying Town， Daxing District as a case for study and， by strengthening the grass-roots Party building in rural areas， constantly attracts outstanding young people to return to their hometowns for employment; besides， by making full use of the "science and technology courtyard"， this paper is intended to promote the development of three-dimensional economy under the forest in an all-round way; finally， this paper proposes continuing to strengthen the village-level collective economy， explore a new development path of plain low-income villages， and provide a realistic reference for the construction of harmonious and beautiful villages in the whole city.
