鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略視角下農(nóng)村勞動力職業(yè)技能提升培訓研究

摘  要：職業(yè)技能提升培訓是提升農(nóng)村勞動力職業(yè)技能的有效方式，其不僅有利于實現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化，也有利于農(nóng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)結構升級，助推產(chǎn)業(yè)振興和共同富裕。該文在對農(nóng)村勞動力職業(yè)技能提升培訓存在問題進行調(diào)研的基礎上，探析鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略視角下農(nóng)村勞動力職業(yè)技能提升培訓優(yōu)化路徑。

Abstract： Vocational skills upgrading training is an effective way to improve the vocational skills of rural labor force. It is not only conducive to the realization of agricultural modernization， but also conducive to the upgrading of rural industrial structure and promote industrial revitalization and common prosperity. Based on the investigation of the problems existing in the vocational skills upgrading training of rural labor force， this paper probes into the optimization path of rural labor force vocational skills upgrading training from the perspective of rural revitalization strategy.
