鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略背景下中職學校休閑農(nóng)業(yè)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式研究

摘  要：該文通過分析中職休閑農(nóng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)存在問題，重點從產(chǎn)教融合、校企合作、“1＋X”證書制度完善、師資力量打造和課程資源庫開發(fā)幾個方面提出相應(yīng)改革措施，為新形勢下中職學校休閑農(nóng)業(yè)專業(yè)人才教改實踐提供借鑒，培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)人才，發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)，助推鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略。

Abstract： Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the cultivation of leisure agriculture talents in secondary vocational schools， this paper puts forward the corresponding reform measures from the aspects of the integration of industry and education， the cooperation between schools and enterprises， the improvement of "1 plus X" certificate system， the building of teachers and the development of curriculum resource database. The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the teaching reform practice of leisure agriculture professionals in secondary vocational schools under the new situation， train high-quality talents， develop leisure agriculture， and promote the strategy of rural revitalization.
