【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the application value of high - frequency ultrasound combined with neuroelectrophysiological examination inthe diagnosisof carpal tunnel syndrome.MethodsSixtypatients with carpal tunnelsyndrome who were treatedat Sanmenxia Hospitalof theYelow River from January 2O2Oto December 2020 and6O healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations during the same period were selected to undergohigh-frequency ultrasoundand neuroelectrophysiological examinations.The clinical diagnosiswasused as thegold standard,andtheapplicationvalueof high-frequencyultrasound,neuroelectrophysiological examination,and their combination examination in the diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome was analyzed.ResultsThe Kappa value of thecombineddiagnosisof high-frequencyultrasoundand neuroelectrophysiological examination wasO.983.The sensitivityandaccuracywere higherthanthoseof thetwoalone,and thedifference wasstatisticallysignificant( P< 0.05).ConclusionBoth high -frequencyultrasound and neuroelectrophysiological examination have certain applicationvalueintheclinical diagnosis ofcarpal tunnel syndrome,and thecombinationof thetwocanenhance he diagnostic value.
