【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between quantitative parameters of one-stop whole brain CT perfusion imaging (CTP) examination and severity of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorhage (aSAH).MethodsThe clinicaldataof88patientswithaSAHadmitedtothe hospital fromDecember 202O toDecember2022 were retrospectively analyzed,and the diferences in CTP quantitative parameters were comparedamong patients with diffrent Hunt-Hess grades and Fisher grades,and Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze thecorrelation between CTP quantitative parameters and Hunt-Hess grading and Fisher grading.ResultsThe CTP quantitative parameter cerebral blood flow(CBF) values in patients with Hunt-Hess grades I,I and II ,the cerebral blood volume(CBV)values the mean transit time (MTT)values and the time to peak(TTP)values had significant differences.The CBFand CBV were manifestedas gradeI patients>grade II patients>grade IIpatients,while the MTT and TTP revealed grade I patientsgrade 3 patients>grade 4 patients while MTTand TTP were manifested as grade2patients
