原發(fā)性腸脂垂炎多層螺旋CT表現(xiàn)分析

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the multislice spiral CT（MSCT） features of primary enterophitis appendaitis （PEA）.MethodsThe MSCT manifestations of 23 cases with PEAconfirmed by clinical follow-up were retrospectivelyanalyzed，the location，densityandtherelationship between the lesionandtheadjacentbowel were analyzed.ResultsEleven cases were located beside the sigmoid colon，6cases were located in the cecum，3 cases beside the ascending colon and 3 cases beside the descending colon.The annular cladding was found in 2O cases， the length diameter was about 13～45mm ，theaverage length diameterwasabout 24mm ，thethickness ofthe cladding was about 1.5～3mm ，the average thickness was about 2.1mm，in 12 cases，the center of the lesion showed present punctiform or linear high density shadow，2 cases were found with thicken bowel wall.ConclusionPEA hascertain characteristics in MSCT，which can bediagnosed bycombining clinical manifestations，providing clinical diagnosis and treatment basis，avoiding long-term antibiotic use and unnecessary surgical treatment.

腸脂垂炎是一種良性自限性疾病，是臨床急腹癥病因之一，較為少見(jiàn)；本病多發(fā)生于肥胖人群，近年來(lái)隨著人們生活水平的提高，肥胖人群的增加，發(fā)生呈上升趨勢(shì)；而CT掃描及后處理重建的廣泛應(yīng)用使本病的檢出率得到的很大提高。（剩余5822字）
