【Abstract】ObjectiveToanalyze the application value craniocerebral MRI in the diagnosis craniocerebral injuryafter neonatalasphyxia.MethodsAretrospectiveanalysiswasperformedon theclinical data 3O neonatesconfirmedwith craniocerebral injuryafterasphyxia bypathological examinationwhowereadmittdto thehospital fromMarch 2019 to March 2022.MRIand CT were performed inboth groups,andpathological examination was usedas thegold standard tocomparethe diagnosticrate various parts the twogroups.Results Compared with histopathological results,MRI diagnosis showed that there were 28cases with craniocerebral injury, its diagnostic accuracy rate,sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 93% , 96% , 86% 96% and 86% ,respectively. CT diagnosis showed that there were 22 cases with craniocerebral injury,its diagnostic accuracy rate,sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 73% , 86% , 78% ,90 % and 70% ,respectively. The diagnostic accuracy rate,sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value andnegativepredictivevalue MRI inthediagnosis craniocerebral injurywereallhigher than those CT( P< 0.05).ConclusionCraniocerebral MRI has certain clinical application valuein the diagnosis craniocerebral injury after neonatal asphyxia.The areaand number craniocerebral injurycan be determinedby MRI examination, which can provide reference for treatment.
