【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore the quality control and management of physical examination and improve thequalityof ultrasound examinationand thesatisfactionof thesubjects bycombiningthe characteristicsof physical examination in health management center.MethodsOne thousandand five hundred medical examinationpatients from our health management center from June to July 2O23 were randomly selectedasgroup A.One thousand and fivehundred medical examination patients from Augustto September 2023 wereselectedasgroup B.The conventional management scheme was implemented and the management efect from ultrasound positive rate, ultrasoud diagnostic error rate and customer satisfaction were compared.ResultsThe ultrasound reporting error rate in group A was 13.87% (208/1 500),the US reporting eror rate in Group B was 8.07%(121/1 500),the error rate of ultrasound report in group B was lower than that in group A( χ2=25.84 , P<0.001 ).The positive rate of ultrasound report in group A was 54.13% (812/1 5oO), the rate of positive ultrasound report in group B was 59.67% (204號(hào) (895/1 5OO),the positive rate of ultrasound report in group B was greater than that in group A( χ′ =9.36, P =0.002), the rate in group A was 68.84% (559/1 50O), The rate in group B was 76.76% (687/1 500). The diagnostic coincidence rate of ultrasound report in group B was greater than that of group A( =22.49, P<0.001). Customer satisfaction in group A was 84.33% (1 265/1 5OO),while customer satisfaction in Group B was 95.13% (1 427/1 500).The satisfaction rate of ultrasound in group B was greater than that of group A( χ2 =94.96, P <0.001). ConclusionImproving the ultrasonic quality control and management of health management center,can effectively improve theultrasonic report qualityand customer satisfaction,health managementcenter to reduce theoccurrenceof ultrasonic report errors,thus avoid the related medical disputes,sosuch managementmode is worth widely promotion. 【Key words】Ultrasonography;Health management; Physical examination; Quality control
