【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore theroleof ultrasound multimodal features in the diagnosis of breast lesions. MethodsTheclinicaldataof 61patientswithbreast lesionsadmited toour hospitalfrom March2022 toMarch 2024 were diagnosed by multimodal ultrasound.Taking pathological diagnostic results as the gold standard,compare themultimodal ultrasound signs of benign lesions and malignant lesions.The receiver operator characteristic curve (ROC)was used to analyze the diagnostic eficacyof multimodal ultrasound for detecting breast lesions.ResultsIn 61 patients, 21 ( 34% )and40 ( 66% )were malignant lesions.In the malignant lesion group,the incidence of irregular shape,unparallel growth direction,incomplete margin,uneven internal echo,microcalcification,posterior echo decay, peripheraland internal bloodflow,andultrasoundelasticityscoreof4to5wereallhigher than thoseinthebenign lesion group,and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). The sensitivity of multimodal ultrasound to diagnose breast lesions was 98% ,specificity was 71% ,accuracy rate was 89 % ,positive predictive value was 87% negative predictive value was 94% ,and kappa value =O.73.ROC curve and the area under the curve(95 % CI)was 0.913(0.824,O.962).ConclusionTheultrasound multimodal characteristicsofbenign breast lesionsare different frommalignant lesions,whichcan bebasedon thediferential diagnosis of disease,andthe diagnosticeffciencyis good.
