基層應(yīng)急管理信息化體系構(gòu)建研究

摘要：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展，如何構(gòu)建高效的基層應(yīng)急管理信息化體系顯得尤為重要。該文探討了該體系的構(gòu)建，分析了政府應(yīng)急管理能力的內(nèi)涵，總結(jié)了當(dāng)前建設(shè)成效與問題，并提出了建立融合指揮體系、強(qiáng)化通信、提升預(yù)警等對策建議。

Research on the Construction of Grassroots Emergency Management Information System

Abstract： With the development of China's economy and society， how to build an efficient grassroots emergency management information system has become particularly important. This paper explores the construction of this system， analyzes the connotation of government emergency management capabilities， summarizes the current achievements and problems of construction， and proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as establishing an integrated command system， strengthening communication， and improving early warning.
