沙縣小吃配套食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀分析及產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展建議

摘要：為把小吃做成大產(chǎn)業(yè)，沙縣小吃正努力一步一步走向規(guī)模化、產(chǎn)業(yè)化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、國際化。文中主要對(duì)沙縣區(qū)現(xiàn)有的小吃配套標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行探討分析并結(jié)合食品許可審查過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的一些問題提出幾點(diǎn)建議。

Current Situation Analysis and Industrial Development Suggestions on Shaxian Snacks Supporting Food Production Enterprise

Abstract： In order to make snacks into a big industry， Shaxian snacks are trying to step by step towards scale， industrialization， standardization and internationalization. This paper mainly discusses and analyzes the current situation of shaxian district snacks supporting standardized food production enterprises and puts forward some suggestions based on some problems found in the process of food licensing review.
