夏比擺錘沖擊試驗測定吸收能量的不確定度評定

摘要:文中通過對DH36高強(qiáng)度船舶及海洋工程用結(jié)構(gòu)鋼沖擊試驗檢測結(jié)果的不確定度進(jìn)行分析,對引入不確定度的各分量進(jìn)行計算和合成。根據(jù)評定結(jié)果,分析影響合成不確定度的主要因素,并提出相應(yīng)的措施和建議來提高檢測的準(zhǔn)確性。

Evaluation of Uncertainty in Measuring Absorbed Energy of Charpy Pendulum Impact Test

Abstract: According to the analysis of uncertainty in DH36 (ship and ocean engineering structural steel) impact test, this paper calculates and combines every uncertainty portion. Through the result of evaluation, this paper analyzes the main factor affecting combined uncertainty, and proposes effective measurement and suggestion to improve testing accuracy.
