不銹鋼殺菌鍋封頭裂紋分析

摘要：在不銹鋼殺菌鍋定期檢驗(yàn)中，宏觀檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)蝶形封頭內(nèi)表面存在變形、裂紋缺陷，采用滲透檢測(cè)、化學(xué)成分分析、硬度分析及氯離子含量分析等檢驗(yàn)、檢測(cè)方法分析驗(yàn)證，判定該裂紋缺陷為應(yīng)力腐蝕開裂。文中深入分析裂紋產(chǎn)生的原因，提出整改和預(yù)防措施。

Analysis on Cracks in the Sealed Head of Stainless Steel Sterilization Pots

Abstract：  In the regular inspection of stainless steel sterilization pot， the macro inspection found that there are deformation and crack defects on the inner surface of the dished head. Penetration testing， chemical composition analysis， hardness analysis， and chloride ion content analysis are used to analyze and verify the inspection and testing methods to determine that the crack defect is stress corrosion cracking. This paper deeply analyzes the causes of cracks， and finally puts forward rectification and preventive measures.
