電梯井道內槽鋼輔助固定法探析

摘要:文中以缺陷案例為切入點,探析電梯井道內槽鋼輔助固定的工藝要求。分析膨脹螺栓固定使用要求,驗算膨脹螺栓受力情況,提出槽鋼的橫向固定和縱向固定方式以及槽鋼與導軌支架的焊接工藝,構建一個從井道壁—碼托—槽鋼—導軌支架—導軌較為完整的導軌支架固定系統(tǒng)工藝標準。

Analysis on Auxiliary Fixing Method of Channel Steel in Elevator Shaft

Abstract: In this paper, the technical requirements of auxiliary fixing of inner channel steel in elevator shaft are analyzed based on defect cases. By analyzing the requirements of expansion bolt fixing, checking the force of expansion bolt, the transverse and longitudinal fixing methods of channel steel and the welding process of channel steel and guide rail bracket are proposed, conducting a relatively complete process standard of guide rail bracket fixing system from well wall - code support - channel steel - guide rail bracket - guide rail.

1引言
導軌支架是電梯導向系統(tǒng)的基礎結構件,它固定了導軌的空間位置,將整個電梯導向系統(tǒng)的力傳遞到墻體,導軌支架固定的可靠性即為支架與墻體固定可靠程度。(剩余2889字)
