福建省基本公共服務標準化建設探析

摘要：文中在梳理國內基本公共服務標準化研究與標準體系建設進展的基礎上，總結了“十三五”期間福建省基本公共服務標準化發(fā)展的成效與問題，結合需求分析，提出“十四五”福建省基本公共服務標準化發(fā)展建議。

Study on Standardization Construction of Basic Public Service in Fujian

Abstract： On the basis of combing the progress of domestic basic public service standardization research and standard system construction， this paper introduces the main results and problems of the development of basic public service standardization in Fujian during the 13th Five-Year Plan period， analyzes the requirements in the basic public service， then puts forward some suggestions on standardization construction for the 14th Five-Year Plan period.

1 引言

中共中央、國務院印發(fā)的《國家標準化發(fā)展綱要》對如何加快城鄉(xiāng)建設和社會建設標準化進程提出了圍繞幼有所育、學有所教、勞有所得、病有所醫(yī)、老有所養(yǎng)、住有所居、弱有所扶等方面推進基本公共服務標準化建設的要求[1]。（剩余6618字）
