安全監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)在一起起重機(jī)事故分析中的應(yīng)用

摘要：全監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)可記錄存儲(chǔ)運(yùn)行參數(shù)、安全狀態(tài)、視頻等內(nèi)容，大型起重機(jī)械安裝安全監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)除了可以提高起重機(jī)械的安全系數(shù)，還有助于對(duì)起重機(jī)械事故或故障進(jìn)行分析。文中通過(guò)分析一起造船門式起重機(jī)事故，得出安全監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)可提高分析事故原因的效率和準(zhǔn)確率的結(jié)論。

Application of Safety Monitoring Systems in the Analysis of A Shipbuilding Gantry Crane Accident

Abstract：  The safety monitoring system can record and store the operation parameters， safety status， video and other contents. The installation of safety monitoring system for large hoisting machinery can not only improve the safety factor of hoisting machinery， but also help to analyze the accidents or faults of hoisting machinery. Through the analysis of a shipbuilding gantry crane accident， it can be seen that the safety monitoring system can improve the efficiency and accuracy of the analysis of accident causes.
