摘要：自動(dòng)扶梯附加制動(dòng)器是扶梯的重要安全保護(hù)裝置之一，給自動(dòng)扶梯的運(yùn)行帶來(lái)安全保障的同時(shí)，也會(huì)出現(xiàn)機(jī)械或電氣故障，造成突然停梯，帶來(lái)安全隱患，需要維保單位經(jīng)常測(cè)試和維護(hù)。文中通過(guò)實(shí)際案例解析附加制動(dòng)器非正常動(dòng)作的原因，解決了故障問(wèn)題，也為維保單位重點(diǎn)維護(hù)保養(yǎng)附加制動(dòng)器提供依據(jù)。

Case Analysis of an Escalator Additional Brake Failure

Abstract：  Escalator additional brake is one of the important safety protection devices of escalator. While bringing safety guarantee to the operation of escalator， there will also be mechanical or electrical failure， causing sudden stop of escalator and potential safety hazards. It needs regular testing and maintenance by maintenance units. This paper analyzes the actual cause for the abnormal action of the additional brake， solves the fault problem， and also provides the basis for the maintenance unit to focus on the maintenance of the additional brake.

1 引言

GB 16899-2011《自動(dòng)扶梯和自動(dòng)人行道的制造與安裝安全規(guī)范》中第5.4.2.2.1條規(guī)定自動(dòng)扶梯和傾斜式自動(dòng)人行道符合以下任一條件應(yīng)設(shè)置附加制動(dòng)器：如工作制動(dòng)器與梯級(jí)、踏板或膠帶驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置之間不是用軸、齒輪、多排鏈條或多根單排鏈條連接的;工作制動(dòng)器不符合5.4.2.1.2規(guī)定的機(jī)-電式制動(dòng)器;提升高度大于6m;提升高度不大于6m的公共交通型自動(dòng)扶梯和傾斜式自動(dòng)人行道[1]。（剩余1934字）
