Abstract:Objective HPLC fingerprintand multi-componentcontent determinationmethodwereestablished tocompare the qualitydiferecebetweewildndultivatedproductsnddiferentfertilizationtreamntofnarrolafbluepotedflowdfer entharvesting periods,andtoprovidebasisforfurtherdevelopmentandutilizationofScabiosacomosa Fisch.exRoem.etSchlt. Method HPLCwasusedtoestablishfingerprintsof15batchesofScabiosacomosaandanalyzeteirsimilrity.Thecontentsof4componentsweredeterminedandtheirqualitydiferenceswerecompared.ResultAotalof12commonpeakswereidentifiedin15batches ofScabiosacomosa.Luteolin,isochlorogenicacidA,isochlorogenicacidCandapigeninwereidentifiedbycomparisonwiththecontrolproductseiiygetsgdfro6t998oetsoflisloccidA acid C and apigenin in 15 batches were 0.0512-0.1172mg/g ,0.1821-0.6986 mg/g, 0.0495-0.1140mg/g ,0.024 1 - 0.1697mg/g ,respectively.Thecontentof luteolininwild products was higherthan thatincultivated products,whilethecontentof theotherthreecompoentsincultivatedproductswas hgherthanthatinwildproducts.Ligantus,compoundferilizerandbiological fetilizerouldincreasethecontentofluteolininSabiosacomosaFisch.exRoemetSchult.andstressresistancecoulddecreasethe contentofluteolinThereasnosignificantefectonisochlorogenicacidAcontent;Thereasadecreasingtendencyforisocloogn icacidC.Biologicalfrtilizercanobviouslyincreasetheapigenincontent.ConclusionBycomparingthequalitydiferencebetween wildandcultivatedproductsanddiferentertilizationtreatment,tequalitycontrolofSabioscomosaFisch.exRom.etSultas provided,and the ideas for expanding the drug source were provided.
