Abstract：Objective Toestablishamethod forthedeterminationof pachymicacid inJingui Shenqi Pill.Methods High perforance liquid chromatography（HPLC）was used to determinethe content of pachymic acid.Shiseido CAPCELL PAK C18 （ 4.6mm× 250mm ， 5μm ）was used as the chromatographic column，and the mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution（75：25）.The detection wavelength was 2O8 nm，injection volume 20μL ，column temperature 30‰ .Results The linear relationship of pachymic acid was good in the range of 2.92-58.40μg/mL （ r=0.9995 ）. The average recovery was 95.65% （RSD =1.02% ）.Conclusion The established method issimple，specific and reproducible，and can be used for the determinationof pachymic acid in Jingui Shenqi Pill.

金匱腎氣丸為中醫(yī)臨床治療腎氣虛常用藥，由地黃、山藥、酒萸肉、茯苓等10味藥材組方，具有溫補腎陽、化氣行水之功，用于腎虛水腫、腰膝酸軟、小便不利、畏寒肢冷等癥[1-2]。（剩余4589字）
