Thinking of Acupuncture Treatment for Obesity Based on the Theory of Ascending and Descending

Abstract：Obesityisacommon chronic metabolicdisease，whichcancauseserious health problems suchas type2diabetes and cardiovascularandcerebrovasculardiseases.Inrecentyears，comparedwiththe treatmentof western medicine，acupuncturetherapy hastheadvantagesofdefitecurativeeffctandsmalltoxicsideefets，whichaseenpaidatentionandattentionBasedonthe theoryoftheascendinganddescending，exploringthepathogenesisofobesitybycombininancientbooksoftraditionalChinesemedicineg，relatedliteratureandclinicalpractice，theformationofobesityiscloselyrelatedtothe transport disorderof Qi -- blood and fluid caused bythe movedisorderlyofSanjiaoand Wujing.Whenusingacupuncturetheraptotreatobesity，wshouldfocusonarmonizingtheregulatetheQiofvisceraandmeridians，thentheoperationofQi-bloodandfluidcanreachtheefectof“thephysiological functionof Zang andFuplayanormalrole，Qi-bloodandfluidrunthewholebody”，pathological productscanberemovedandare unable to form obesity，in order to provideacupuncture treatment ideas for the clinical treatment of obesity.
