Abstract：Lumbarintervertebraldischeriationisacommondiseaseinspinaldegenerativediseases.Alldiseasesareinyinand yang.Thepathogenesisof yinandyangisthat“yangtransformingqi”is notasgoodas“yinforming”，phlegmdampnessand blood stasisandotheryinevilsremaininthegoveorvesel，andtheyangdeficiencyofthegovemorvesel.Thispaperanalyzsthepatho logicalmehanismoflumbardischeriationbasedonththeoryof“yangtransfomingqi，yinforming”and“strengtheningyangand unblocking thegoverorvesel"，andputsforwardthegeneraltreatment principlesof“warmingyangandtransformingqitoretreat yin”and“strengtheningyangandunblockingthegoverorvesseltoeliminateyin”.Whenidentifingtheetiologyandpathogeesisin clinicalpractice，“yangtransformingqi”shouldnotbetreatedwithwarming yangandtransformingqi.Whenthe“yinformation”is overflourishing，itshouldbebasedonthetree methodsofremovingdampness，resolvingphlegmandactivating bloodcirculationto unblockthegoverorvesel，andcarrouttheyang-strengtheningandgoverorvessel-unblockingthrouhout，oastoachivethe balanceofyinandyang.Atthesametime，wesouldpayatentiontoprotecting yangqi，strengthening musclesandbonesilifeto prevent and treat lumbar disc herniation.

腰椎間盤突出癥（lumbardischerniation，LDH）是一種脊柱退行性疾病，又名腰椎間盤纖維環(huán)破裂癥，是由于腰椎間盤的退變，加以外力影響所引起纖維環(huán)部分或全部破裂，最終導(dǎo)致髓核突出，神經(jīng)根及馬尾神經(jīng)受壓，從而表現(xiàn)出一系列疼痛、麻木等癥狀的一種臨床綜合征，據(jù)國外流行病學(xué)研究，LDH終生患病率為 70% ，男性多于女性，并逐漸趨于年輕化[2]。（剩余8776字）
