Exploring the Mechanism of Action of Ginseng -Astragalus in the Treatment of Diverticulum ofUterineIncisionBased onthe TheoryofGuben Peiyuan

Abstract：ObjectiveToanalyzethepotential mechanismof panax-Astragalus intreatingdiverticulumof uterineincisionbased on Guben-Peiyuantheoryand network pharmacology.Methods TCMSPand UnitProtdatabases wereused todeterminetheactiveingredients，targetsandcorespondinggenenames of ginsengandastragalus.Disease targetswerescreenedfrom GeneCardsandMIM databases.Cytoscape3.7.2softwareandSTRINGplatformdatabasewereused toconstructa“drug-activeingredient-keytarget" network，obtanproteininteractionnetwork，andperformvisualnalysis.DAVIdatabaseasusedtopeformGOfunctionalaalsis andKEGG pathwayenrichmentanalysis.Results Therewere34kindsofactiveingredients，249coresponding target genes，1702 diseasetargets，36 drug and disease intersection targets.Active ingredients such as kaempferol，ononcetin，quercetin， β -sitosterol，7-O-methyl-isobioprophyl mainlyactontargetssuchas TNF，IL1B，AKT1，CASP3，PTGS2，PPARG toafectoregulate IL-17，AGE-RAGE，TF，fluid shearstress，andarteries indiabeticcomplications Atherosclerosisandothersignaling pathways toachievethepurposeoftreatingdiverticulumofuterineincision.ConclusionThisstudypredictedthe mechanismofpanax-stragalusintreatingdiverticulumofuterineincisionobjectively，andprovidedscientificeferencevalueandpreliminaryfoundationforanal andclinical trialsin the future.

子宮切口憩室作為剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)后遠期并發(fā)癥的代表，主要癥狀有非經(jīng)期異常出血、月經(jīng)期經(jīng)血淋漓不盡甚至崩漏等，本病在中醫(yī)古籍沒有記載，現(xiàn)多根據(jù)其癥狀表現(xiàn)納入“異常子宮出血”“月經(jīng)過多”“經(jīng)期延長”“崩漏”等范疇[1-3]。（剩余11703字）
