下尺橈關(guān)節(jié)脫位（distal radioulnarjoint，DRUJ）是臨床常見的關(guān)節(jié)慢性損傷之一，常與腕部骨折合并出現(xiàn)，，因其為腕部尺側(cè)柱主要組成部分，其生物力學(xué)功能丟失，導(dǎo)致前臂旋轉(zhuǎn)及生理性軸向負荷傳遞能力下降。（剩余7522字）
