Abstract：ObjectiveToobserethecliicaleetandafetyofnwuadruplethrapyinpatientswitheartfailureandcardacelargeen Methodstotalof8patietsiteartflurendcadclargeenttreatedatorospitalfropriltoApril23relldnd randomlydividedintoacontrolgroupndanobservationgroup（39paientspergroup）usingaandomnumbertable.Thecontrolgoupreceived conventioalaileosadiduplaalcctaee indices，cideedcdtsddeacseadeoosulsetiod the total effective rate （94.87 % ） than that in the control group （82.05 % ）（P<0.05）.While，both groups had higher the left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）andlowertetticuladssolicaeterVEDndfttriculadstolicaeerVED）tanatotrat meanwhilecompared with control group，the observation group had higher LVEFand lower theLVESDand LVEDD （ P< <0.05）.Both groups had higher thesystolicakoitdstcaloiDffedcooea with control group，the observation group had higher SPV and DPV（ P< 0.05）.The observation group had lower the incidence of adverse cardiac events （5.13 % ） than that in the control group （15.38 % 0 P<0.05 ）.The observation group had lower the incidence of adverse reactions （7.69 % ） than that in the control group （17.95 % ）（P
