The absorptionof alveolar bone aroundthe implantinthe study group wasless than that inthe conventional group（ P<0.05 .ThePDandSBIof thetwo groupswerelessatfoelatationdooftuoeresanoofovetioaloOO5）dec of complications in the study group was 5.00% ，which was lower than 15.00% in the conventional group（ P <0.05）.Conclusion Compared with delayedmpladotioo canreducesoodpiatlpeodoaleacadedefatid the success rate of implantation.
