Abstract：ObectieTexploateisfoivatigesailsssuintefeeratioospialideedt modelMethodsTheursesinourospitalfro2toO23wreseletedastheseachbectsbyustersaplingmetodTheufrom January to December 2O22 were set as the routine group （ n=572 ），and the nurses from January to December 2O23 were set as the observation group （ n=578 ）.The routine group implemented the routine training mode，and the observation group implemented the 2+1+X training mode based on enablingeatioingttabsntelagtreoktaengaor specialistotatsessdadspti assessmentresults，nurses'corecompetenceandhospialnursingqualtybeforeandaftertrainingwerecomparedbetweethetwogroups ResultsThecomprehensiveassessmentscores nurses intheobservation groupwere higher thanthoseintheroutinegroup（ P<0.05） .The scores each itemand total score nurses’corecompetenceintheobservation group were higher than thoseintheroutine group（ P<0.05 ）.The scores gradingnursingatisfactioadomsupevsionndealthucatioinervatiogoueghertantoseintoutineou P<0.05） whiletherewasnosignificantdiferenceinward management，nursingsafetyandqualitynursingbetweenthetwogroups（ P> 0.05）.Conclusion The constructionuse2++Xtrainigmodelbasedoeablingevaluatiocanmprovetecoreompetenceussandpromotetheigquality development nursing work.
