Abstract：Osetodeie andtheunderlyinmoleularmecanismseainporlyuderstodOverthepastdcade，oughtesuvivalandprogosisofosteoso patientsveodtalateoietassisotasaesftleereis toidentifyoelosteosacoaomakestoevelosifaedterapidcsindestadingsteosacoasoleulasm haverevealedthatsregadsndteWnt/βateinsialinataoltiveliveoresioetastasisddug resistance.Moreover，miRNAs can modulate the Wnt/β -catenin pathway through multiple mechanisms to promote or inhibit osteosarcoma progression andalterdrugesistane.Somemslsofocompetitieedogeousnetwoks（ceNETs）ithiRAsndlRAs.Tiseveeploste roles of miRNAs targeting the Wnt/β- catenin pathway in osteosarcoma and their associated ceNETs，aiming to provide a theoretical foundation for future research.

骨肉瘤（osteosarcoma，OS）是一種原發(fā)性骨骼惡性腫瘤，發(fā)病率呈雙峰型，高峰期為18歲和60歲，男性稍多見，長骨的干端區(qū)域是骨骼中最活躍的部位，也是OS生長的主要部位，其中肉瘤細(xì)胞形成未成熟骨或類骨組織。（剩余23359字）
