The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8 . 0 0 % ， which was lower than 2 0 . 0 0 % in the control group（ .Compared with before intervention，the Barthel index of the two groups increased，and compared with the control group，the Barthel index of the observation group was higher（ .Conclusion Themultidisciplinarycollaborative nursigmodelafielyprootetostopeatioefatitsiowbfractuetfoaittofd improvetheirealitdsifciduideeoaisdpeiliilttl clinical application effect.
