After treatment，LH，F(xiàn)SH，PI，andRI inboth groups were higher than before treatment，and those inthe combined group were lower than those in thecontrol group（ P<0 . 0 5 ） .Conclusion Melatonin combinedwithcuuncueadoxbustioisetieinereamntofOichcanpoeuseoontrallet pregnancy-related protein and ovarian hemodynamics，and further improve ovarian function.
