Compared with the control group，the scores of avoidance and yield dimensions inthe observation group were lower，and the score of coping dimensions was higher （ <0.05）.After5months of follow-up，itwas found that compared with the control group，the decision-making time of the observation group was shorter（ P <0.05）.Conclusion The tracking nursing model has a signfcantfectiimprovingthdelaofdicaldecisionakingfanceratints，chcanshortentetiofmedicaldeisoaking improvethelevelofcialsortanddiseaseealthowledgendiprovetopingstyleofintssostaxiizetheeetioofte delay of medical decision-making.
