慢性盆腔炎（chornic pelvic inflmamatory dis-ease，CPID）是女性生殖器官及周圍結締組織、盆腔腹膜發(fā)生的慢性炎性病變，以輸卵管炎、卵巢炎最常見，臨床主要表現(xiàn)為下腹疼痛或墜脹感、白帶異常或增多、腰骶部酸痛、月經(jīng)不調等，多見于育齡、性行為活躍的年輕女性，年齡一般為18＼～25歲，發(fā)病率高達 3 0 % 。（剩余7745字）
