3 次仍未接種。研究組患者按照0-1-6月免疫程序進(jìn)行乙肝疫苗接種，在規(guī)定日期內(nèi)連續(xù)完成3次接種。采用多因素Logisitic回歸分析乙肝疫苗全程接種的影響因素，比較兩組乙肝表面抗原( H B s A g )陽性率及乙肝表面抗體(HBsAb)陽性率。結(jié)果單因素分析顯示，性別及婚姻狀況對(duì)成人乙型肝炎疫苗全程接種影響不大( P>0 . 0 5 : ；而年齡、文化程度、乙肝家族史、乙肝防護(hù)行為、乙肝知識(shí)認(rèn)知情況及職業(yè)等均與成人乙型肝炎疫苗全程接種間存在較大影響 ( P>0 . 0 5 ) 。多因素Logistic回歸分析表明，年齡、文化程度、乙肝家族史、職業(yè)、乙肝知識(shí)認(rèn)知情況均為成人乙肝疫苗全程接種的獨(dú)立影響因素( P < 0 . 0 5 。研究組HBsAg陽性率低于對(duì)照組，HBsAb陽性率高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義( P<0 . 0 5 ) 。結(jié)論成人乙肝疫苗全程接種的相關(guān)影響因素較多，有必要加強(qiáng)健康宣教，提高疫苗全程接種率及免疫效果，降低乙肝病毒感染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。-龍?jiān)雌诳W(wǎng)" />

The positive rates of hepatitis B surface antigen （HBsAg）andhepatitisBsurfaceantibody（HsAb）werecomparedbetweethetwgroups.ResultsUnivariateanalysisshowedthatgenderand marital statushad little effect onadult hepatitisB vaccination（ P>0 . 0 5 ），whileage，educationlevel，familyhistoryof hepatitisB，hepatitisBprotection behavior，hepatitis B knowledge cognition and occupation had great influence on the whole course vaccination of hepatitis B vaccination in adults （ P >0.05）.MuliLstilodatutiolevelltopaiistio hepatitis B wereindependent influencing factors for thewhole course vaccinationof hepatitis B vaccination inadults（ P - <0.05）.Thepositive rate of HBsAginthsudygroupaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroupandtheposiverateofHsAbwashigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup，te differences were statistically significant（ .Conclusion There are many related factors affecting the whole course vaccination of hepatitis B vainendulralcatioplouaiateduf hepatitis B virusinfection.
