基底細(xì)胞癌(basalcellcarcinoma,BCC)與皮膚鱗狀細(xì)胞癌(cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma,cSCC)均為臨床常見非黑素瘤性皮膚癌(non-melanomaskincancers,NMSC),好發(fā)于曝光部位皮膚表層,前者由基底樣細(xì)胞異常增生所致,以局部浸潤為主,后者則多由鱗狀細(xì)胞過度增殖引發(fā),其惡性程度相對較高,是導(dǎo)致NMSC轉(zhuǎn)移及死亡的主要病因之一[2]。(剩余5891字)
