Abstract：ObectiealescofdisRomlediteopsisOetAotaloft withOPwhowerespialiedinteDepartmentofeumatologndImmuologoftheople'sHospitalofXinjangUgrutoomousRegio fromJanuary1，toDecember31OwereselectedastheOgropnd4patientswitoutOPoereospitalidattsaetieere randomlyselectedstheoOrouTheliicaldataereolctedndomparedetwngousndtisfctosfOntits wereanalyzedbyuivariateLgistcgresioResultsComparedithteoOPoupatintsinteOPoupasdethousef diseasewaslongertheDAS28（ESR）soreandDAS28（CRP）scorewerehighertheCRPlevelandD-dimerlevelwerehigerandteurof joint swelling and joint tenderness were more （ P<0 . 0 5 ） .Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that advanced age and long course of disease were risk factors for OP in RA（ P<0 . 0 0 1 ？ .ConclusionRA patients with advanced age，longer course of disease，higher DAS28 score，higher CRP levelandDvedsoa advanced age and longer course of disease.
