Effect of Qingre Antai Paste on the Improvement of Gingivitis and the Activity ofSOD and CATin Rats During Pregnancy

Abstract：ObjectiveTobseretheectofQingreAntipasteontheactiyofsuperoxidedismutase（SOD）andatalase（CATiatswith gingivitisuringpregancyMethdsAalof49-wekldSFSDfealeratsand1maleratswerepurchasedfromBeijingChalesRiver CompanyFemaleratsererandomlydividedintofourexperimentalgroups：blankcontrolgroup，modelgouppositivedrugcontrolgroupand traditionalCeoiatschialiiscede conceivedinagendaofoeptoeyeregouedeingialateftschotermodelingndot wasrecordedBlankcontrolgroup：witoutanytreatmentonventionalonceptio；odeloup：pregancyafterexperimentalgingivitisas constructed；sosddt traditionalCopaiocdgisefdinil AftergroupingtreamentteingialisueasutndtctitlevelsofSODndCATintingivaltiueoftxperitalatsre determinedbyeze-linkedimunosorbentassy（ELSA）esultsAftermodelingtemsoftelowerincisorsoftheatssowdvious congestionesndelinegfnivalsiraeiacoufatuiregcodeloudiial Chinese medicine group ？ positivedrug control group>blank control group.Comparedwith theblankcontrol group，theactivityof SODand CAT in the model group，the positive drug control group and the traditional Chinese medicine group decreased （ P<0 . 0 5 ） .The activities of SOD and CAT in the traditional Chinese medicine group were higher than those in the model group P<0 . 0 5 ） .Conclusion Qingre Antai paste can efectively improve the activityofdicpiuof expected to becomea new method for the treatment of gingivitis during pregnancy.
